Our Next Volunteer Facilitator Training is Scheduled! January 20 & 21, 2018

Are you a good listener? Facilitators are needed to help in children’s peer support groups who have experienced a death.  Facilitators participate in the briefing and debriefing sessions and are required to attend three-day training.  We ask that you make a one-year commitment, volunteering two nights/month from ~ 5:30-9pm.  Groups run September – May, and consistent attendance is important to ensure the development of the group as a cohesive unit.  You can choose from one of the following three day/location options for group:

  • 1st and 3rd Monday of every month – Messiah Lutheran (Midland)
  • 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month – Salvation Army (Midland)
  • 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month – Mid-Michigan Children’s Museum (Saginaw

Saturday, 1/20/18 (9am-6pm) &

Sunday, 1/21/18 (1-5pm)

Held at Angelheart Studio —

4702 James Savage Rd.
Midland, MI  48642

There is a suggested $50 donation for training materials & costs if you are able.
