Volunteer Facilitator Training – September 2017

Are you a good listener? Facilitators are needed to help in children’s peer support groups who have experienced a death.  Facilitators participate in the briefing and debriefing sessions and are required to attend three-day training.  We ask that you make a one-year commitment.  Groups run on the 1st and 3rd Monday or the 2nd and 4th Tuesday evenings in Midland September through May.  We are also starting our first group in Saginaw at the end of October 2017 and meeting on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month.   Consistent attendance is important to ensure the development of the group as a cohesive unit.

Our next FACILITATOR TRAINING is scheduled:

WEEKEND IN SEPTEMBER – Saturday, 9/16 (9am-6pm) & Sunday, 9/17 (1-5pm)

Held at the CAN Council in Saginaw, MI —

1311 N. Michigan Ave.
Saginaw, MI 48602

There is a suggested $50 donation for training materials & costs if you are able.
